PERMISSIONS!

Memories. In the world of Wonderland, this is the currency, isn't it? Luckily enough, Time Lords have a thing with psychic connections.

The Doctor has the ability to see into another's mind and metaphorically walk among their memories. (He can see into their head, but he doesn't actually physically jump inside kind of metaphorical.) The person can choose to close a door to hinder him from seeing memories they don't want him seeing. This is an entirely consensual ride which generally involves vomiting your childhood into a paper bag at the end.

Things to note:
- A door once opened can open both ways. If your character is genius-levels of clever emotionally or intellectually, they can take a peek into his mind, too, for as long as physical contact is kept.
- He can unlock your memories and lock them away. This is handy for amnesiacs. However, he can't give you back anything Wonderland took away. Obviously. Memories locked away can still be taken by Wonderland; a lock only means the owner (and intruders) can't access them.
- He can transfer flashes of his own memories to another but he's extremely unlikely to do this.

To rummage around another's mind, he needs:
- Permission. Because he's not an asshole and he'd never force his way into someone's brain. Not even an enemy's. (Unless his friends got hurt. Then everything is fair game.) (Also I lied. He is an asshole.)
- To make physical contact such as touch the temples of your character's head or headbutt them. You're safe for now, Bill Cipher.

If we're threading and your character would like this to happen for some unguidely reason, or if you definitely never want this to happen ever, please fill out this form!

DO YOU WANT THE DOCTOR IN YOUR CHARACTER'S HEAD? Yeah, sure! There are zombies in his head!
ANYTHING YOU DON'T WANT HIM TO SEE/DO? Sam is pretty much fair game honestly. However a plot point in S3 of his canon is that they sent a signal that made people immune to a type of mind control. Closing a back door is how it was described.
WHAT IS THE DOCTOR LIKELY TO SEE? Lots and lots of zombies, killing his parents (his dad was a zom, his mother got bitten but he killed her before she turned after they discussed it. A town called Abel and the people who live there. A whole bunch of people being mind controlled.
CAN YOUR CHARACTER CLEVER THEIR WAY INTO THE DOCTOR'S MIND? I really really doubt it.

CHARACTER NAME: Agent Washington

DO YOU WANT THE DOCTOR IN YOUR CHARACTER'S HEAD? Please go ahead!
ANYTHING YOU DON'T WANT HIM TO SEE/DO? It's doubtful he'd need to force his way in, but go ahead.
WHAT IS THE DOCTOR LIKELY TO SEE? Wash's mind is, to be brutally honest, a mess. Like a mental bomb went off and left a smoking crater behind. He's been taken from a point where he had an insane AI fragment kill itself inside his mind and leave him with a whole lot of memories that aren't his. A lot of those memories are of being tortured by someone the AI trusted. He says in canon that he still wakes up at times and doesn't know who he is, Washington or the AI, because the memories are so fucked up.
CAN YOUR CHARACTER CLEVER THEIR WAY INTO THE DOCTOR'S MIND? Nope!
